Basketball Program
• 1 Basketball 1-2-1 session per week.
• Skill-focused: shooting, handles, reads, finishing & more.
• High-intensity drills and competitive training.

Elite Performance Program
• 1 Plyometric/Weight session &
1 Basketball 1-2-1 session per week.
• Full player development: skill, athleticism, mindset.
• 24/7 support from Coach Leighton.
• Player-specific goals & athletic testing.

Athletic Training Program
• 1 Plyometric/Gym session per week.
• Basketball-specific strength & athletic performance training.
• Focus on explosiveness, mobility, injury prevention & power.

Want to train with teammates or friends?
Group programs can be arranged at a discounted rate, if available.
All Elite Programs are tailored to the individual athlete. Once you sign up, Leighton will contact you directly to organise training days and times that suit your schedule. Programs must run for a minimum of 4 weeks.
FAQs
Can I just book one session ?
We have a 4 week minimum booking policy. This is to ensure development and improvement.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you give at least 24 hours' notice, your session can be rescheduled.
